As a Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of critical care and emergency units, including ER, ICU, HCCU, NICU, PICU, OT, and Cathlab. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of critical care and emergency units, including ER, ICU, HCCU, NICU, PICU, OT, and Cathlab.
Coordinate and supervise the work of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Implement evidence-based practices and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback to enhance performance.
Ensure the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing.
Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
