📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile accounts payable records to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain and update accounts payable records using SAP, QuickBooks, or similar software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget forecasts and financial statements.
- Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficient in using SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
