In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting store managers in various aspects of store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in leadership development workshops and training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist store managers in daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Support sales efforts by promoting products, offering recommendations, and upselling where appropriate.
• Participate in leadership development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with store maintenance tasks, such as fixing minor equipment issues and reporting any major problems to the appropriate departments.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives, based on feedback and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in retail and customer service.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
