📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Support project managers and engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Perform site inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues to prevent delays.
- Assist in the procurement and management of project materials and equipment.
- Participate in safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and innovative solutions for project challenges.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
- Understanding of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
