📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Analyze and interpret cost data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain accurate pricing models for healthcare services.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with hospital goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitive and profitable pricing.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in healthcare pricing.
- Provide support to the finance department in various financial analyses and reporting tasks.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost analysis, pricing strategies, or a similar role in the healthcare or financial industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and pricing models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
