Care Coordinator (Public Healthcare, Clinic)

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing patient records, and ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers. This role offers a competitive salary of USD 2400 - 2900 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring that all patient information is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with other healthcare providers to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate patient care and appointments with healthcare providers
- Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients
- Schedule appointments and ensure patients receive timely care
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus
- Ability to travel to different clinic locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung
