📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning according to established protocols.
• Maintain and restock amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Use cleaning equipment such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Handle and dispose of linens and towels in compliance with hotel policies.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of public areas, including lobbies, restaurants, and meeting rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance team.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Promote a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools, such as steam cleaners, vacuum cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test.
