📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support and optimize IT systems to ensure seamless business operations.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Conduct training and development sessions for employees to enhance their IT skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Certification in ITIL or a related framework is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
