📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and goals.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and industry trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using sales management software and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
