📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the sales counter, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.,Assist customers with product inquiries and sales, providing accurate information and recommendations.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and alert the store manager when restocking is needed.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Promote sales and special offers to customers, both in-store and online.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
