Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
