📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services for events.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Develop and maintain banquet menus and event packages, ensuring they are competitive and meet client needs.,Handle client inquiries and bookings, ensuring a positive and professional experience.,Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they are managed effectively and within agreed limits.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on event performance and client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet services, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in event management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs, as well as the local market.
