Sentral Oka Cafe & Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of sales plans and targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the coffee and café industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
