• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure network security by implementing and managing security policies and protocols.
• Conduct regular network audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of network services.
• Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, or SolarWinds.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
