Toko Elsa Store is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing and repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring the safe and secure transportation of goods.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
