📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the food service industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
