Bloom Life Berjaya is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
