📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance and quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Plan and organize food costs and budgeting.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
