PT Indah Antar is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cianjur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and scheduled for optimal performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption and arrange for refueling as needed.,Oversee routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers as necessary.,Track vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
