📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering and directing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Assisting with product knowledge and providing information about our products and services.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.,Adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
