📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma, to ensure high-quality production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to set up and program CNC machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize production efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, and report any defects to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new production processes and improvements.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Meet strict quality standards and production targets, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation, including Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma machines.
• Strong understanding of machine tooling and metalworking processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and precision.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
