📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement reliability programs to ensure the continuous operation of facilities and equipment.,Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigation to identify and address potential issues.,Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict and prevent failures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvements and best practices.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.,Develop and maintain comprehensive reliability documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in reliability engineering, with a strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments.,Proven track record of implementing reliability programs and improving equipment uptime.,Proficiency in reliability software tools and techniques, such as RCM, FMEA, and RCFA.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, OSHA, and other relevant certifications.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
