📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice on geomechanical issues related to mining and civil engineering projects.,Conduct geomechanical assessments and analysis to ensure the stability and safety of structures.,Develop and implement geomechanical models and simulations to predict and mitigate potential risks.,Collaborate with project teams to integrate geomechanical considerations into project design and planning.,Review and approve geotechnical reports and data to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Mentor and train junior geomechanics consultants and engineers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in geomechanics and industry best practices.,Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to geomechanics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in geomechanics, with a focus on mining or civil engineering projects.,Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of geomechanical principles, analysis techniques, and industry standards.,Proficiency in geomechanical software and tools, such as RocScience, FLAC, and RS2.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations, including Bangka Belitung.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
