📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the administration of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.,Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes.,Conduct orientation programs for new employees and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks related to human resources.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
