📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to achieve sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
